Head of Finance - R&D

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a multi-jurisdiction banking network for international digital businesses
• Negotiate with banks, EMIs, PSPs, custodians and financial platforms
• Manage multi-currency liquidity, working capital, cash pooling and treasury operations
• Control cross-border transfer costs across SWIFT, SEPA and ACH
• Support bank audits and communication with compliance and risk teams
• Build end-to-end treasury and finance processes and partner with founders on unit economics

Requirements

• 5+ years as CFO, VP of Finance or Head of Treasury in fast-growing companies
• Experience opening accounts and building payment processes
• Deep knowledge of international AML/KYC and cross-border compliance
• Experience managing multi-currency funds and FX risk
• English at C1/C2 level
