Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end management reporting including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets
• Build and maintain the budgeting cycle, cash-flow forecasts, and scenario planning
• Design and run the financial control framework and regular reconciliations
• Manage merchant settlements, provider fees, and FX conversions
• Oversee consolidated reporting across multiple legal entities and currencies
• Act as the business owner for financial automation, defining KPIs and requirements for the Data team
• Lead, hire, and develop the Finance team
• Report financial results and insights directly to the CEO and founders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a management role
• Background in fintech, payments, EMI, banking, or crypto payments
• Proven track record of transforming manual reporting into automated pipelines
• Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
• English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with crypto payments and blockchain fee reconciliation
• SQL knowledge and experience with BigQuery or other DWH
• Experience implementing ERP or treasury management systems
• Experience building a finance department from scratch
