About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end management reporting including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets
- Build and maintain the budgeting cycle, cash-flow forecasts, and scenario planning
- Design and run the financial control framework and regular reconciliations
- Manage merchant settlements, provider fees, and FX conversions
- Oversee consolidated reporting across multiple legal entities and currencies
- Act as the business owner for financial automation, defining KPIs and requirements for the Data team
- Lead, hire, and develop the Finance team
- Report financial results and insights directly to the CEO and founders
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a management role
- Background in fintech, payments, EMI, banking, or crypto payments
- Proven track record of transforming manual reporting into automated pipelines
- Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
- English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with crypto payments and blockchain fee reconciliation
- SQL knowledge and experience with BigQuery or other DWH
- Experience implementing ERP or treasury management systems
- Experience building a finance department from scratch
