About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead annual financial planning, budgeting and commercial finance across all entities and markets
- Own consolidated reporting, financial controls and audit readiness, including year-end audit
- Manage cash, treasury, lender and investor relationships and covenant compliance reporting
- Own pricing and margin governance and track unit economics by brand, market and channel
- Lead the finance team, including the Controller and regional finance leads
- Advise the President on capital allocation, tax, market expansion and partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 10 years of related experience, including senior finance leadership
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Experience building or rebuilding a finance function in a growth-stage company
- Hands-on experience with debt facilities and covenant management
- Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidated financial management
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
- Experience in emerging markets (Africa, Asia or Latin America)
- Experience with blended-finance structures
