Responsibilities

• Lead the Arbitrum Foundation's business development efforts and discover untapped growth opportunities
• Act as a public figure on stages to represent Arbitrum within the Web3 and Blockchain space
• Define Foundation and Ecosystem strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors
• Establish and maintain key partnerships with Web3 ecosystem stakeholders and Web2 enterprises
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and seize new opportunities
• Spotlight partner and community contributions within the Arbitrum ecosystem

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
• Significant experience within the Web3, Blockchain, or technology sectors
• Proven track record as a public figure representing a brand at major industry conferences
• Demonstrated ability to execute long-term strategic plans
• Strong network of connections with Ecosystem/VC funds and leading Web3 projects
• Deep understanding of the Web3 space as a crypto-native professional
