About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as single point of contact with Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence and other UAE government entities
- Manage inspections, permits, approvals and violations across clubs, clinics and kitchens
- Handle every on-site incident, including valet accidents, member incidents, theft and emergencies
- Oversee security staff, guarding contractors and CCTV across all locations
- Set security and access control standards and run site audits and emergency drills
- Report monthly to the COO on open cases, inspections, permits and incidents
Requirements
- Retired officer from Dubai Police, UAE Armed Forces or another government entity
- Strong network across government entities with resolved matters
- Experience leading teams, ideally across several sites
- Fluent Arabic and good English
- Calm, discreet and comfortable in premium hospitality
