About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Supervise housemaids, nannies and other domestic staff
- Coordinate household inventories, supplies and maintenance requests
- Assist with international travel and household preparations
- Maintain household safety procedures with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager
- Experience in 5-star hotel, UHNW household, luxury villa or private estate
- Strong experience supervising domestic staff
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of cleaning, laundry and garment care
- Ability to travel internationally with the family
Preferred Qualifications
- International travel experience with a private family
- Valid US, UK and/or Schengen visas
