About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across all group companies
- Manage employee performance reviews, internal career development, and talent retention strategies
- Act as an internal career advisor and support employee growth within the Group
- Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L-related HR analysis
- Support management in organizational scaling and international expansion
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Strong international profile with proven international experience
- Mandatory experience in e-commerce and digital business environments
- Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting, and P&L management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- French language skills are a strong plus
