Head of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategic direction of the project's human resources management practice
• Manage recruitment processes including job descriptions, screening, and interview facilitation
• Provide business reporting and insights on workforce trends to senior management
• Identify risks and ensure quality assurance for all people processes and systems
• Support business process mapping and development of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Develop and manage candidate rosters and talent pools
• Implement recruitment marketing approaches and PMO staffing initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in results-based project implementation and management
• Experience managing teams and promoting capacity development
• Prior experience with international development, non-profit organizations, or start-up environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• First-level degree in environmental studies, development, programme management, or meteorology
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
