About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate approved integration scope into detailed operations migration plans and readiness checklists
- Lead migration of transaction processing, account maintenance, card and loan operations into the operations centre
- Monitor volumes, ageing, backlogs, exceptions and productivity across migrated processes
- Drive issue resolution for processing breaks, pending items and operational bottlenecks
- Oversee stabilisation plans for migrated processes after cutover
- Provide regular operations performance updates to the Head of Integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance or related discipline
- 18+ years experience, with 10+ years in banking back-office operations
- 5+ years leading operations migration, centralization or service centre transformation
- Merger and acquisition integration experience
- Retail banking operations experience across accounts, cards, loans and reconciliations
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- PMP or PRINCE2
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Consultancy background
