Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies for Kompetenza and Datamax AI
  • Build and manage outbound sequences using Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation tools, and Salesforce
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, targeting, and outreach frequency
  • Maintain CRM workflows inside Salesforce to track leads and campaigns
  • Partner with leadership to implement creative outbound growth ideas
  • Manage campaign analytics and performance dashboards to report KPIs and ROI
  • Coordinate with sales teams for qualified lead hand-off
  • Research and test new automation and AI tools for scalability
  • Plan and coordinate monthly webinars and lead-gen events

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, or growth automation
  • Hands-on experience with Amplemarket, LinkedIn automation (HeyReach, Aimfox), and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven ability to build automated multichannel prospecting workflows
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running webinars or partner campaigns
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and workflow automation
  • Previous exposure to Salesforce AppExchange solutions or CRM-driven B2B SaaS
