Head of Marketing - Luxury Real Estate Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-term marketing strategies for the company, brand portfolio and individual projects
• Own go-to-market planning for launches, from proposition through to sales and handover
• Lead digital and performance marketing across acquisition, CRM and automation
• Oversee content, PR and communications strategy across corporate and project activity
• Act as senior marketing partner to Sales, aligning activity with inventory and buyer demand
• Own the consolidated marketing budget, agency selection and performance reporting
• Lead and develop the marketing management team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• 12-15+ years progressive marketing experience, 5+ years leading teams in a senior role
• Proven experience in marketing within real estate development
• UAE experience with knowledge of Dubai property market and broker networks
• Track record of building brands and delivering multiple property launches
• Experience linking marketing investment to lead quality and sales outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification
• International investor and multi-market campaign experience
• Arabic language skills
