Head of Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the international marketing department, including Creative, Digital, PR and Events
• Manage execution of marketing campaigns, yacht launches and international brand initiatives
• Coordinate departmental workflows, project timelines, resources and deliverables
• Act as primary operational marketing contact for Sales, Charter, international dealers and internal stakeholders
• Oversee planning and delivery of international boat shows, private events and brand experiences
• Manage team performance, development and accountability across marketing functions
• Oversee operational marketing budgets, external agencies and supplier relationships
• Ensure consistent brand standards, quality and timely delivery across all marketing activities

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience managing international marketing operations, campaigns and events
• Strong organizational, project management and people leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury, automotive, hospitality, yachting or other premium industries
