Head of Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hub operations across Dubai hubs to ensure high-functioning, high-satisfaction environments.
• Transform high-touch physical hub processes into scalable, repeatable systems and SOPs.
• Set, track and report Ops team OKRs and KPIs using automated dashboards.
• Operationalize the full client journey from onboarding through community engagement.
• Synchronize cross-functional teams (Ops, BD, Legal, Finance) to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Implement and maintain internal tools (CRM, automation stacks, task trackers) to increase efficiency.
• Run weekly and monthly performance reviews; drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead Ops Transformation sprints to resolve major bottlenecks and scale predictive metrics and alerts.
• Train and upskill team members on tools, metrics, automation, and ownership culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Business Ops, or Strategy Execution with multi-disciplinary team management (5–20+ people).
• Background in mobility, delivery, logistics, hospitality, retail, or other physical operations.
• Proven experience with process documentation, automation, and AI tools.
• Strong grasp of OKRs, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Business degree; MBA is a plus.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP or equivalent are a bonus.
