About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a recruiting team and run executive and senior searches
- Grow the company to about 150 to 160 people by end of 2027
- Run quarterly talent reviews and track regretted and non-regretted attrition
- Coach leaders on exits, performance plans and hiring bar
- Build leadership bench and onboarding for new leaders
- Design leveling, compensation and performance review systems
- Own offsite planning and leadership team alignment
Requirements
- 8+ years in people leadership with executive team experience at 250+ person company
- Track record of hiring exceptional talent and managing recruiters
- Experience designing compensation philosophies
- Experience growing first-time managers into leaders
- Strategic, systematic approach to talent and culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience making fair and fast exits
