Head of Photography

Responsibilities

• Translate approved creative direction into high-quality photographic assets across campaigns, product, e-commerce, and social media
• Lead and develop a team of in-house photographers and retouchers, setting priorities and providing feedback
• Own the end-to-end photography workflow, including selects, post-production, quality control, and final delivery
• Manage the photography studio ecosystem, including equipment maintenance, inventory, and procurement
• Establish photography and post-production standards to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability
• Coordinate with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in commercial photography in a senior or management role
• Extensive expertise in studio lighting, composition, digital capture, and tethering
• Proven track record of managing creative specialists and post-production workflows
• Strong working knowledge of Capture One and Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly developed visual eye
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury commercial photography is strongly preferred
