About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage Cluster Managers and VRM teams across the assigned region
- Drive acquisition of Priority Banking customers and monitor portfolio growth
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve escalated customer cases
- Maintain full compliance with ADIB policies and Islamic Sharia guidelines
- Partner with Investment Advisors, Operations, and Credit teams to support customer needs
- Support the Head of Priority Banking Coverage in executing segment strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of banking experience in the U.A.E
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Proven business acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to drive excellence in customer experience and operational management
