About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage Cluster Managers across the assigned region
- Oversee VRM teams indirectly through Cluster Managers
- Set regional performance expectations, sales targets and service KPIs
- Drive acquisition of Priority Banking customers across assigned teams
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and Islamic Sharia guidelines
- Act as primary link between the region and Head Office for reporting and escalation
Requirements
- Minimum fifteen years of banking experience in the U.A.E
- Leadership and people development
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong communication and influence
