Head of Procurement

Responsibilities

• Organization and control of the company's procurement processes
• Development and implementation of the procurement strategy
• Cost optimization and procurement budget management
• Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards
• Management of turnover and stock levels
• Inventory analysis and demand forecasting
• Interaction with logistics, production, and finance departments
• Leadership of the procurement team, training and development of employees
• Preparation of reports and analytics on procurement activities
• Selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers, negotiation management

Requirements

• Higher education
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
• Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset, leadership skills, and strategic thinking
• Strong organizational and systematic approach
