Responsibilities

  • Lead the Professional Services sales strategy for IBM Maximo, MAS 9, and EAM transformation projects
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across key industries including utilities, transport, manufacturing, and government
  • Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships
  • Develop proposals, lead negotiations, and secure multi-year service engagements
  • Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to align resources and go-to-market efforts
  • Represent MaxAccelerate at industry events, IBM partner summits, and webinars
  • Expand adjacent service lines including MAS upgrades, managed services, and AI-driven reporting

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise professional services sales
  • Proven track record in IBM Maximo, EAM, ERP, or digital transformation domains
  • Experience achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas in consulting services
  • Success in building and managing C-level relationships across enterprise accounts
  • Experience structuring and closing multi-year service contracts, SOWs, and framework agreements
  • Strong working knowledge of IBM Maximo / MAS 8–9 or similar EAM platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or postgraduate qualification
  • Experience working directly with or for IBM or IBM Business Partners
  • IBM Maximo, ITIL, or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or IBM)
  • Additional languages
