About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the company-wide portfolio of strategic and operational projects
- Define project goals, milestones, timelines, and priorities
- Establish and improve project management frameworks, standards, and reporting
- Build and develop the Project Management and Delivery function across global and local teams
- Drive company-wide change initiatives and support the launch of new business directions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Delivery, PMO, or Business Transformation
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects
- Strong experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Experience building or improving project management functions and processes
- Fluent English
