Head of Project Management

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company-wide portfolio of strategic and operational projects
• Define project goals, milestones, timelines, and priorities
• Establish and improve project management frameworks, standards, and reporting
• Build and develop the Project Management and Delivery function across global and local teams
• Drive company-wide change initiatives and support the launch of new business directions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Delivery, PMO, or Business Transformation
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects
• Strong experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Experience building or improving project management functions and processes
• Fluent English
