About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead expert for GEA Flow Components product range
- Support inside sales operations and product management activities
- Coordinate with Product Development and Sales Steering functions
- Manage technical sales and partner sales activities across all product lines
- Work with Technical Sales Engineers to manage customer proposals and orders for the North African market
- Provide technical support for GEA Flow Components in the MENA market
- Manage projects including inventory control and forecasting
- Interface with factories on operational and technical matters
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales management and technical/application sales support
- Experience working with industrial refrigeration systems, factories, and fabrication contractors
- Willingness to travel as required
- Familiar with sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques
- Strong professional presence with a results-oriented mindset
