About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and design team towards an AI-native product vision
- Own the end-to-end experience across the buyer and seller journey
- Design agentic experiences, including agent behavior, transparency, control and fallback
- Build and evolve an AI-native, token-driven design system
- Drive the research agenda on agentic commerce and B2B buyer and seller behavior
- Set the craft bar and lead designers and researchers through hands-on work
Requirements
- Proven experience building AI-powered or agentic products
- Commercially shipped products used by real customers
- Experience leading both product design and user research
- Track record of using research to shape product direction
- Practical AI fluency across research and design processes
- Experience leading and developing designers and researchers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, particularly B2B commerce
