About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and embed enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Support risk governance and reporting following the Three Lines Model
- Design and implement fraud risk assessment methodologies
- Evaluate and strengthen preventive and detective controls
- Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across business units
- Define treatment plans and track mitigation actions
- Prepare executive risk reports for senior management
Requirements
- UAE National
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ERM, GRC, internal audit, or internal controls
- Hands-on experience establishing or embedding ERM frameworks
- Practical fraud risk management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of COSO, ISO 31000, ISO 31010, and IIA Three Lines Model
Preferred Qualifications
- GRCP / GRCA or equivalent GRC certification
