Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and provide ongoing oversight of the firm's enterprise-wide risk management framework
- Ensure material risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in line with the firm's risk appetite
- Maintain compliance with regulatory obligations under the FSRA's GEN, PRU, and MIR rulebooks
- Operate independently from revenue-generating functions to provide objective risk oversight
- Provide challenge to executive management and the board regarding risk posture
What we look for
- Experience in regulated financial services
- Knowledge of ADGM and FSRA regulations
- Expertise in GEN, PRU, and MIR rulebooks
- Ability to provide independent risk oversight
