Head of Sales

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year sales strategy aligned with technology roadmaps
• Drive YoY revenue growth across Government, BFSI, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Education verticals
• Manage the sales function's budget and P&L
• Own the full sales cycle for complex technology transformation deals exceeding US$10M
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and government stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-impact team of 10+ sales professionals
• Strengthen strategic alliances with Tier 1 OEMs and vendors
• Oversee sales operations including CRM hygiene, forecasting, and bid management

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within ICT or IT services
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
• Proven experience managing sales teams of 10+ professionals
• Extensive experience selling digital transformation, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
• Regional experience within the GCC, specifically the UAE market
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or Business Administration
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, AWS, or AI certifications
