Responsibilities

• Own CoinPoker's social growth strategy across all platforms, defining audience, content mix, and growth targets
• Work closely with the content team to request video formats and content based on platform performance
• Own the social content calendar and publishing operation
• Ensure content is packaged, timed, and formatted for platform algorithms and distribution mechanics
• Oversee country-specific accounts to ensure localized content and community management
• Build, manage, and develop the social team
• Own the community presence and voice across Telegram, Discord, and X
• Establish growth and engagement metrics frameworks and report performance to senior management

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing social audiences for a brand across multiple platforms
• Deep working knowledge of platform algorithms and distribution mechanics (X, Instagram, community platforms)
• Strong understanding of poker to ensure content and community credibility
• Demonstrated experience building and managing a social team
• Strong command of social performance measurement and metrics frameworks
• Experience managing brand community presence in real time, including sensitive situations
