Head of Technology Risk, Compliance and Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a comprehensive technology risk management framework including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
• Maintain and govern the IT risk register and develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Define and enforce security and configuration standards to ensure regulatory and industry compliance
• Develop and implement ITSM processes for Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management
• Establish a comprehensive governance framework for technology operations aligned with organizational strategy
• Lead the development of annual CapEx and OpEx budgets and monitor financial compliance
• Oversee the quality and effectiveness of Technology's engagement with business units
• Coordinate internal and external audit engagements and govern the lifecycle of audit findings

Requirements

• Expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
• Deep knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and IT Governance Frameworks
• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Experience in Audit and Assurance Management
• Ability to manage Technology Financial Planning and Oversight
• Strong skills in Control Design, Optimization, and KPI Management
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
