About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology transformation roadmap and operating model improvements
- Own portfolio planning, prioritization and investment governance for Technology initiatives
- Establish PMO policies, standards, stage gates and assurance requirements
- Oversee delivery of technology programs and projects within scope, schedule and budget
- Develop the function workforce plan, FTE demand forecast and succession pipelines
- Own structured development plans for UAE Nationals
- Lead, coach and develop the function leadership team
- Act as trusted advisor to the Acting CIO and Technology Leadership Team
