Responsibilities

• Formulate core business testing strategies, defining release entry criteria, risk coverage, defect standards, and quality metrics
• Build and evolve automated testing frameworks, linking coverage, regression efficiency, and CI/CD reliability to real release risks
• Design testing team organizational structures, including talent development, goal management, performance evaluation, and succession planning
• Drive testing to integrate earlier into product, R&D, and security processes to identify and close key risks before launch
• Evaluate new testing tools, security testing methods, and industry practices to establish reusable standards

Requirements

• Experience leading quality engineering systems for large-scale internet or Web3 products
• Ability to design complete testing systems covering functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation
• Proven track record of building and managing large testing teams, including hierarchy design and talent growth paths
• Ability to collaborate with R&D, Product, and Security leads to communicate quality risks and make critical decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry influence in testing, quality engineering, security testing, or the Web3 engineering community
• Experience building automated testing frameworks adopted by multiple teams
• Participation in industry standards, open-source testing tools, or security testing practices
