About the role
Responsibilities
- Find, evaluate and finalize new real estate for Mashreq business units
- Manage Central Bank relationships for new, renewal and closure premises
- Oversee financial and operational performance of Mashreq properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah
- Control payments to vendors and suppliers within approved delegation limits
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets for admin and owned buildings
- Manage property leases, tenant collections and rental negotiations
- Lead local and remote teams and coordinate with business groups
- Prepare regulatory returns for the real estate authorities
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent with at least 10 years of industry experience
- Real estate, property valuation and lease agreement knowledge
- Procurement and cost control experience
- Knowledge of local regulations, RERA and CB systems
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
- Excellent spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Financials and Prism systems
