About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out health and safety duties as delegated by the School Principal
- Implement school EHS policies, programs, and procedures
- Participate in the Security and Safety Committee and prepare emergency plans
- Monitor performance of service providers including maintenance, catering, and cleaning
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare monthly reports
- Report hazards, incidents, and injuries to the Ministry of Education
- Lead investigations into health and safety incidents
- Conduct risk assessments for all school activities
- Provide EHS awareness and orientation training to staff and students
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or an equivalent engineering degree
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills
- UAE National
- Maximum age of 40 years old
