Responsibilities

• Own the design of long-term health promotion programs
• Build an industry-leading content library grounded in health and wellness coaching best practices
• Develop content across domains such as nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, mental wellbeing, and chronic condition management
• Support the team's broader intervention architecture, including COM-B diagnosis logic and BCT selection
• Contribute to AI Coach behavioral logic to ensure programs are grounded in validated behavioral theory

Requirements

• Expertise in behavior change and behavioral science
• Experience in health and wellness coaching best practices
• Knowledge of behavioral theory and intervention architecture (e.g., COM-B, BCT)
