Responsibilities
- Own the design of long-term health promotion programs
- Build an industry-leading content library grounded in health and wellness coaching best practices
- Develop content across domains such as nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, mental wellbeing, and chronic condition management
- Support the team's broader intervention architecture, including COM-B diagnosis logic and BCT selection
- Contribute to AI Coach behavioral logic to ensure programs are grounded in validated behavioral theory
Requirements
- Expertise in behavior change and behavioral science
- Experience in health and wellness coaching best practices
- Knowledge of behavioral theory and intervention architecture (e.g., COM-B, BCT)
