Healthcare Partnership and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Healthcare Partnerships & Business Development Strategy aligned with strategic priorities and revenue growth.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, governments, and medical technology companies.
• Identify new business opportunities, service lines, and commercial initiatives to improve market share and patient access.
• Develop robust business cases, financial analyses, and investment proposals for new strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to strengthen Centers of Excellence through international collaborations and technology adoption.
• Establish relationships with corporate organizations and insurers to develop preferred provider agreements and value-based models.
• Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor activities to provide executive-level market intelligence.
• Maintain a structured portfolio of business partnerships with clearly defined objectives and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in Healthcare Business Development, Partnerships, or Corporate Development.
• Proven experience within a healthcare provider, insurer, consulting firm, or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong understanding of the UAE and international healthcare markets.
• Excellent commercial acumen and financial analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working within multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in healthcare management, strategic partnerships, or project management.
• Established professional network across the UAE or international healthcare sector.
