About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and grow an HNW portfolio through existing clients and connections
- Handle and resolve queries from financial advisers and HNW clients
- Provide bespoke insurance solutions from quotation to policy implementation
- Service a portfolio of HNW clients including renewals, claims, and endorsements
- Interact with insurance partners to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain secure client and policy data within internal systems
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an HNW servicing role within the insurance industry
- Expertise in General Insurance lines, specifically high net value assets, property, and motor insurance
- Experience with underwriting, policy implementation, and claim management
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- CII certification
- Additional language skills
