About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate instruction following the American curriculum
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment for KG students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and differentiated instruction
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student growth
- Actively participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching license/certification for Early Childhood or Elementary Education
- 4 years of full-time teaching experience in Kindergarten or Early Years
- Proficiency in classroom management and American curriculum standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain an ADEK Teacher Permit
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Education or a related field
- Prior experience in an international school setting
- Experience in a diverse cultural environment
