Responsibilities

• Source and match hospitality candidates to open roles
• Guide candidates from offer stage through relocation and arrival
• Use social media and creative tools to attract talent
• Build relationships with hospitality employers and understand hiring needs
• Collaborate with the team using Slack, Google Drive, and TeamTailor

Requirements

• Hospitality industry knowledge
• Strong people skills and a fast-paced mindset
• Organized and driven approach
• English at B2 level or higher
• Experience using Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospitality work experience
• Additional languages
• Interest in relocation and international hiring
