About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and match hospitality candidates to open roles
- Guide candidates from offer stage through relocation and arrival
- Use social media and creative tools to attract talent
- Build relationships with hospitality employers and understand hiring needs
- Collaborate with the team using Slack, Google Drive, and TeamTailor
Requirements
- Hospitality industry knowledge
- Strong people skills and a fast-paced mindset
- Organized and driven approach
- English at B2 level or higher
- Experience using Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hospitality work experience
- Additional languages
- Interest in relocation and international hiring
