Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with hospitality clients and customers
- Research and craft new hospitality products for pitching to clients
- Support the marketing of live hospitality products
- Proactively outreach and commit sales of hospitality products
- Manage hospitality clients and prospects CRM
- Liaise with client and third-party stakeholders to deliver packages within budget
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure live inventory and sales platforms are updated
- Support seamless user experience through hands-on delivery
Requirements
- Experience selling and delivering hospitality products
- Proven ability to build rapport with prospects
- Existing connections with organizations holding hospitality purchasing budgets
- Creative eye and interest in high-end experiences
- Interest in sport and entertainment
- Willingness to be onsite during all events being sold
