Hospitality Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• B2B Business Development: Identify, target, and secure premium bedding contract opportunities in new hotel developments, refurbishments, and mega-projects across Dubai and the wider Middle East.
• Key Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with corporate hotel chains, hospitality procurement groups, interior designers, fit-out contractors, and developers.
• Pipeline & Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end commercial bidding process, from tracking project pipelines and preparing RFPs (Request for Proposals) to negotiating pricing and final contracts.
• Technical Product Advisory: Present Sealy's technical specifications, product durability, and health/ergonomic benefits clearly to project stakeholders and engineers.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and upcoming hospitality master plans to position Sealy as the preferred sleep-system partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of active experience in high-end sales targeting the hospitality ecosystem
• Strong, existing portfolio of active contacts among hotel operators, GM-level decision-makers, and hospitality procurement directors in the region
• Full professional fluency in English and Arabic
• High-level negotiation expertise, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional presentation skills
