About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full host relationship from activation through long-term retention
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of hosts
- Monitor dashboards and proactively address issues before hosts escalate
- Handle host questions on payouts, policies and fee structures
- Drive occupancy performance, host satisfaction and churn reduction

- Empathy and judgment in complex reactive situations
