Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, polished welcome to all guests
• Manage bookings, guest preferences, and special requests
• Coordinate table allocations and seating to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor arrivals, wait times, and table turnover
• Engage with guests during wait times in a professional manner
• Coordinate with front-of-house and management teams
• Manage walk-ins and waiting lists efficiently
• Maintain immaculate standards at the host stand and entrance area
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve minor issues discreetly

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality (luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or beach club)
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished approach
• Strong understanding of reservations systems and restaurant operations
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
