Hostess

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal
• Set tables and communicate effectively with the kitchen
• Interact with and serve guests to create memorable experiences
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
• Physical capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, and stoop

Preferred Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of related work experience
