Hostess

Responsibilities

• Handle table reservations and control the flow of guests within the venue
• Supervise assigned stations and sections to ensure high service standards
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner
• Assist the management team with day-to-day service on the restaurant floor
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality
• Interact with guests throughout the dining process to ensure maximum satisfaction

Requirements

• Higher Secondary School education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel restaurant or similar role
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A genuine passion for food and high-end hospitality service
