About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance of assigned guest rooms
- Perform daily guest room makeup and night turndown service
- Clean and maintain marble/granite floors, carpets, wallpapers, and furniture
- Report defects in furniture, equipment, or property damage
- Report lost and found items and any suspicious behavior to Housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies and restrooms
- Comply with grooming, uniform, and health and safety standards
- Use cleaning chemicals according to hotel instructions
Requirements
- Graduation degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or service industry
- Ability to work any shift assigned by Housekeeping Managers
- Ability to read and write simple English
- Ability to work in dusty or unclean environments
