Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and replenish guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas
• Deliver excellent guest service in accordance with Forbes Five-Star and Waldorf Astoria brand standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items
• Support the timely release of guest rooms in coordination with supervisors
• Manage daily release and handling of guest laundry items
• Coordinate special guest requests such as floral arrangements or special linen embroidery
• Provide support for Laundry Attendant duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping role
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star service standards
• Positive attitude and collaborative team approach
