About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in architecture-level discussions and implementation
- Research and design engineering solutions to solve complex problems
- Drive proof of concepts and minimal viable products
- Support multiple services through system design consulting and capacity planning
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to improve products
- Document projects to facilitate user integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- At least 10 years of experience writing software in Go, Python, Scala, etc.
- Demonstrated mastery of Linux and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Extensive experience with GoLang, Pulumi, and Kubernetes
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Flexibility to support an on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications
- High-performance or scientific computing experience
