About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage blue-collar recruitment and onboarding documentation
- Handle visa processing including applications, renewals, and cancellations with PRO coordination
- Administer medical insurance and bank updates
- Prepare offer letters, salary certificates, and final settlements
- Maintain HR records and master tracker for visas and employee data
- Verify insurance invoices and credit notes
- Provide general HR administrative support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE/GCC
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Experience in employee relations and labour relations
- Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP/HR systems
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment is an advantage
- Hindi speaker preferred
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years UAE/GCC HR experience
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Hindi language skills preferred
