HR Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and candidate coordination
• Verify employee documents for accuracy and policy compliance
• Maintain and organize confidential employee records
• Manage employee visas, work permits, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Maintain accurate records of visa and immigration status
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and HR system data entry
• Assist with payroll administration by verifying timesheets, leave records, and resignations
• Manage employee offboarding and clearance procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR Admin or Coordination experience in the UAE
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR documentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
